The room was beautiful and complete with everything I needed. The actual room was what was advertised and it was great. The breakfast buffet and foods I chose from the Ala carte menu in the lobby restaurant were likewise delicious and well presented. The staff were exceptional as they were very friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed in many 3 - 5 star hotels and have found that in most cases the 3 - 4 star hotels in Asian cities are often noisy from internal noise and outside street noise. This hotel was silent, which was wonderful for getting a good night sleep. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh fruit and hot dishes available. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The property is centrally located, close to major shopping centers, and perfectly located for access to the various embassies. Of course, if you want to pay $3 - $400+ per night at a 5-star property like a Sheraton or similar, you'll get a better experience. If you're looking for excellent value for money without having to wish you'd paid the extra for a better property, then this property is for you.

What a magnificent hotel! From the doorman, to the lobby staff, to the rooms, to the 360° rooftop...There is nothing I can fault. The hotel itself is immaculate. No detail is missed. Quality bathroom products, lush towels, robes, slippers and the bathroom fixtures.. WOW! The bed was super comfortable, crisp linen, fantastic views, mini bar, tea/coffee. Now to the staff. What a fantastic team! Hong greeted me at reception, and was so helpful. The staff make a hotel, and the staff here are happy, accommodating, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel like you are their most important guest. Thank you! The rooftop pool and relaxing zones are amazing. I wish I spent more time and took more photos. It was a 360° view. No seat is a bad seat. I was and am so impressed with this find. I'm an avid traveller, and this stay has been one of my favorites. I am looking forward to returning again later this year. Thank you!

To Sir Phanith Sek the operator supervisor, Ms. Dy who is very kind to me and help me for my belongings and paper works and Nora who makes me comfortable in my room. Very good hotel, clean room with all necessary things, dressing gowns, slippers, shampoos, conditioners, lotion, clean towels. Amazing view from the rooftop and good swimming pool. Tasty breakfast for different tastes and friendly staff. Also good location. We have nice memories from this hotel.

We were having a short trip to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Ocean Hotel was the great choice. Room clean, breakfast is awesome. the staff was friendly, especially two female receptionist that help us doing the check in. The HKP and Service staff were also great

Stuff helped me with bags, took care of bags when I was waiting for my car to leave , when I was reading the book in lobby the stuff brings me a bra so it was lovely from him, I never ask😊

Stylish, modern and spacious room with a comfortable bed and amazing view of the city and the river. Great location near to Phnom Penh's busiest party street Bassac Lane, Independence Monument and Riverside. One of the best hotel included breakfasts I've ever had, with a very diverse and generous menu with Asian and Western choices. Helpful and welcoming staff who made our stay even the more pleasant. Thank you!
